Dr Crawford Alexander BDS

Crawford graduated from Glasgow University in 1995 and has extensive experience spanning 27 years in the dental sector, with experience in NHS, Private care and GDP training. Crawford undertook his General Practitioner training in Edinburgh before setting up his first practice in Newton stewart in 1999. On retirement of Peter Kerr in 2004, crawford purchased the longstanding practice in Stranraer to maintain vital dental services , expanding and re-branding as South West Smile Centre. Crawford is clinical lead dentist and clinical director of South West Smile Care Centre.

When Crawford isn't working- he loves travelling scotland and walking the great outdoors.

Crawford is committed to developing and building an experienced multi-disciplinary clinical team at South West Smile Care Centre. The practices provide full range of cosmetic dental services, teeth straightening, implant services and facial rejuvenation.

Crawford is now only accepting new patient members on a  private basis only.
